Most residential and small commercial jobs fail on the same thing: coordination. Trades collide, materials show up late, permits stall, and the owner is the last one to hear about it.
Stringa was founded in Connecticut to fix that. We built the firm around real project management — dedicated superintendents, weekly owner reporting, live budgets, and a local subcontractor bench we’ve run for over a decade.
Every job — a $60k kitchen or an 8,000 sq ft ground-up build — runs through the same protocol. That’s why the schedule holds and the number at the end matches the number at the start.
