Greenwich Modern Residence

A ground-up custom residence with cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, and a curtain wall system engineered for the shoreline.

Stringa served as general contractor on this 8,400 square foot Fairfield County residence, coordinating civil, structural, MEP, and architectural finish trades across a 14 month build. The scope included cast-in-place concrete foundation and shear walls, structural steel framing, a fully glazed curtain wall system, radiant slab heating, and custom millwork throughout. Weekly reporting cycles and a resident site superintendent kept the project on schedule and inside budget through a Connecticut winter.
