Complete gut renovation of a shoreline kitchen and first floor, including a load-bearing wall removal and new steel beam.

A whole-first-floor remodel in Guilford. Scope included demolition of a load-bearing wall, engineering and installation of a new structural steel beam, custom white oak cabinetry, honed Danby marble counters, refinished original wide-plank flooring, and a fully updated electrical panel. Kitchen delivered in 9 weeks from demo to punch list.
