A project-management-led Class A lobby renovation delivered nights and weekends with the building fully operational.

Stringa led this Hartford Class A office lobby renovation as construction manager, coordinating architect, ownership, and 11 subcontractors on a phased nights-and-weekends schedule that kept the building fully operational. Scope included new terrazzo flooring, floor-to-ceiling walnut paneling, a custom concierge desk, updated MEP and life safety systems, and full ADA upgrades.
