Full tenant fit-out of a downtown New Haven restaurant space. Scope included exposing and restoring existing brick, fabricating and installing a blackened steel bar, complete commercial kitchen with hood system and grease trap, ADA-compliant restrooms, and full MEP coordination. Delivered on a 10-week schedule to meet the operator's opening window.
